CoxHealth, a leading healthcare provider in southwest Missouri, has a longstanding tradition of recognizing and celebrating its employees' contributions through annual banquets.
These events are attended by over a thousand employees and are designed to honor the hard work and dedication of the healthcare professionals who make CoxHealth a cornerstone of the community.
Previous banquets faced a significant challenge: maintaining the engagement of such a large audience throughout the evening.
